Rosalba is vintage hand embroidered cotton with a rose colored silk/cotton Ruffle skirt and removable ruffle straps. The tie-up straps allow the bodice to be adjusted to fit and spans from a size small (see mannequin with the longer neck) to an XL (mannequin with the shorter neck is a NZ 16/US 12 but the bodice will fit up to a US 16)
