All shipping will be from New Zealand.
Items shipped to the US may incur tariffs which are not included in pricing. Buyer is responsible for additional taxes and fees

NZ Post $10
NZ Post Rural $20 (your item may not ship until rural shipping is paid)
International shipping
Shipping to Australia $25
Shipping to the US: $40 (non tracked) per item
$80 (tracked) $60 per additional item
International shipping $40. Plus $40 per additional item
Returns
All sales are final.
I do my best to give you measurements and comparable sizes to help you decide on fit.
I am here to help you measure yourself before you purchase. Many to most pieces have ease to them (extra room) and are meant to be a loose fit.
If your item doesn’t fit because of an error on my end you can send it back and I will do my absolute best to alter it for you for free.
If it doesn’t fit because of an error on your end I am still happy to alter it for you but there may be shipping and labor costs associated.
Returns for change of mind are not accepted.

For Custom: Unless there is something defective on the item, returns are not available. Email me within one week of receiving your item with your concerns and we can discuss. For custom pieces you and I will have a pretty solid chat about measurements to make sure I have them correct so if the piece doesn’t fit and the error is in the buyers side I will work with you to resize. Additional labor and materials cost may be incurred.
I ask that you consider this is also an exercise in commerce distanced from the traditional capitalist model (I.e you can’t return it if you change your mind about wearing it to your ex-boyfriends second wedding)
In the event of any return buyer pays return shipping. If the package is undeliverable and returned to us BUYER must pay for additional shipping. No refunds will be issued for undeliverable items
